ISO standards

At the Home of Translation, quality is paramount and we believe that our clients deserve guarantees of our commitment to service, security, the environment and society. This is why we are certified in four ISO standards:

Certification in these standards is part of on an ongoing audit process that includes two visits or interviews with an external assessor per year. One of these is a support meeting to offer advice and help grow our management systems, while the other is a re-certification audit.
